Dave Barnett
Founder & Managing Director
After 26 years in UK rail infrastructure, Dave had seen enough.
“Labour agencies treated people like disposable resources. Clients weren’t getting what they actually needed. The disconnect was obvious. There had to be a better way.”
So he built one.
DB Rail Solutions bridges the gap between what projects require and what traditional labour suppliers provide. Dave’s extensive leadership experience at major contractors gave him insight from both sides – what clients need and what specialists deserve.
